Welcome to Gutter Services, Inc. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, instant quote estimators, appointment requests, and all gutter fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair services provided by Gutter Services, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling an estimate, or contracting services with Gutter Services, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Gutter Services, Inc. provides residential and commercial rainwater management solutions across Broward and Palm Beach Counties, including:
- On-site seamless aluminum gutter extrusion (6" & 7")
- Micro-mesh gutter guards & leaf protection
- Custom copper & European half-round gutters
- Commercial box gutter systems & downspouts
- Fascia board inspection, repair & wrapping
- Downspout extensions & underground drainage tying
Specific project deliverables, linear footage, color specifications, and pricing are governed by a formal written estimate or signed work proposal.
2. Estimates and Proposals
Online calculator figures and preliminary telephone estimates are approximations based on client-provided linear footage and chosen specifications. Final binding proposals require an on-site physical measurement by a Gutter Services, Inc. specialist to inspect fascia integrity, roof pitch, existing soffits, and downspout drainage routes.
Written estimates remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing, subject to aluminum and copper raw-material market fluctuations.
3. Site Access and Property Conditions
Clients agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property perimeter, driveways, and rooflines on scheduled installation dates. Homeowners are responsible for keeping pets indoors, moving fragile patio furniture, and unlocking side gates. Our crews conduct magnetic sweeps upon completion to remove stray fasteners and scrap metal.
4. SMS & Mobile Communications Terms
If you affirmatively select the optional SMS consent checkbox on our estimate request form, Gutter Services, Inc. may send text messages about your requested gutter estimate, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates. Providing a phone number or placing a call does not by itself enroll you in SMS communications.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may request your estimate without selecting the SMS checkbox, and we may still coordinate with you through other permitted non-SMS channels.
Message frequency varies based on your project schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After sending STOP, you may receive one final opt-out confirmation message, after which you will receive no further campaign text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at +1 (561) 589-2772.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are strictly confidential and will never be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or marketing affiliates. Service providers may process your messaging data only as necessary to deliver the messaging service.

5. Warranties & Workmanship
Gutter Services, Inc. stands behind our craftsmanship. We provide a comprehensive workmanship warranty on all new seamless gutter installations, ensuring that gutters are properly pitched, fastened with heavy-duty hidden hangers, and leak-free at all mitered corners.
Materials, including heavy-gauge baked enamel aluminum and architectural copper, are additionally protected by manufacturer warranties against chipping, peeling, or cracking. Warranties do not cover damage caused by hurricanes, fallen trees, roof modifications by third parties, or structural settling.
6. Florida Inclement Weather & Delays
For the safety of our technicians and to ensure sealant adhesion, gutter work cannot proceed during active lightning, severe thunderstorms, or high-wind advisories common in South Florida. In the event of weather delays, appointments will be rescheduled for the earliest safe working day.
7. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Payment schedules are specified on individual proposals. Residential installations typically require a deposit upon contract signing to order custom coil and reserve the crew, with the remaining balance due upon job completion and final walkthrough. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Gutter Services, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing fascia rot, foundational settling, or extreme tropical weather events exceeding code design specifications.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any agreement between the client and Gutter Services, Inc. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
